MyBody Health Privacy Policy

Updated May 21, 2026

At MyBody Health, protecting your privacy is a priority.

MyBody Health, LLC (“MyBody Health,” “myBody!”, “myBody Nutrition”, “MyBody HealthRX”,”we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates the website (s) located at formybodyhealth.com , mybody-health.com, mybodynutrition.com as well as other related websites, platforms, and any mobile applications we may provide (collectively, the “Platform”).

Your access to and use of the Platform—including all content (“Content”), products, and services made available through the Platform or otherwise provided by MyBody Health, as well as any affiliated websites, software, or applications owned or operated by MyBody Health (collectively, the “Services”)—are governed by this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), unless otherwise specified. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains:

● The Personal Information we collect when you interact with our Services

How we use and process that Personal Information

● When and why we may share Personal Information with third parties

● Your choices regarding the collection and use of your Personal Information

By accessing the Services or submitting your Personal Information to us—whether via email, text message, or other electronic communications—you consent to receive communications from us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please review this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, you should not use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

If you have not already done so, please also review our Terms of Service, which include important provisions that limit our liability. If you use the Services on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on that individual’s behalf and that they have reviewed and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

MyBody is not a medical group or health care provider. Instead, MyBody is a health technology platform that enables users to access lab testing, receive related results, and participate in telemedicine consultations offered by independent medical practitioners (the “Medical Group”),
which is a separate organization made up of U.S.-licensed health care providers (each, a “Provider”).

The Medical Group—or your own health care provider, if you choose not to use a Medical Group Provider—is solely responsible for delivering medical services and for providing you with a Notice of Privacy Practices that explains how our health information is collected and used. MyBody is not responsible for those practices.

Changes to This Privacy Policy and Notifications

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you and/or require your acceptance of any updated Privacy Policy only if the revised version includes material changes from MyBody Health’s then-current Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy each time you visit, access, or use the Services.

MyBody Health may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to this Privacy Policy or related agreements, through any reasonable means now known or later developed, including email, regular mail, SMS, MMS, text message, or by posting notices on the Website or Platform. Please note that you may not receive notices if you access the Website or Platform in an unauthorized manner. You agree that you are deemed to have received any notices that would have been delivered had you accessed the Services in an authorized manner.

We will not make retroactive changes that reduce your privacy rights unless required by law. Your continued use of the Services after any updates to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for updates. The updated Privacy Policy supersedes all prior versions.

Information We Collect About You

The Personal Information we collect depends on how you interact with us, the portions of the Services you use, and the choices you make. We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information gathered when you use our Services or interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services.

Cookies and Other Data Collection Tools

A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on your device by your webbrowser. Cookies may contain information such as a unique identifier, user preferences, browsing history, and activity conducted while using the Services. While cookies themselves are not inherently personally identifiable, they may be linked to Personal Information. A cookie typically includes the domain from which it originated, its duration (i.e., when it expires), and a randomly generated unique identifier.

Cookies are stored on your device when you consent to their use. They help us analyze web traffic and recognize when you visit specific pages. Cookies enable the Website to respond to you as an individual and allow us to tailor your experience by remembering your preferences. We use cookies and similar technologies—such as web beacons and server logs (collectively, “data collection tools”)—to enhance your experience with our Services.

For example, web beacons in emails or newsletters help us understand whether you open or interact with those communications. Mobile devices (such as those running iOS or Android) generate advertising identifiers that function similarly to cookies. Our mobile applications may include technologies that allow us and our third-party analytics providers to access and use these identifiers.

How We and Our Partners Use Cookies and Similar Technologies We and our analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies across our websites, applications, and online services to collect information about your interactions with the Services. This may include pages visited, links clicked, device information, and other usage data, including activity over time and across different websites or services.

We use this information to:

● Store your preferences and settings

● Enable authentication and account access

● Analyze and improve the performance of our Services

● Track user interactions and engagement

● Develop insights and inferences about user preferences

● Deliver and tailor content and interest-based advertising

● Detect and prevent fraud

● Support other legitimate business purposes

MyBody Health does not sell or share your Personal Information with third-party advertisers for their independent use.

Overall, cookies and similar technologies help us improve your experience by allowing us to understand which parts of our Services are most useful and relevant.

Your Choices

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but you can modify your browser settings to decline them if you prefer. You can learn more about managing cookies at www.allaboutcookies.org. Many browsers also allow you to receive alerts when cookies are placed on your device.

Mobile devices typically provide settings to limit or disable advertising identifiers. However, if you block or reject cookies or similar technologies, some features of the Services may not function properly or may be unavailable.

Do Not Track Signals

At this time, MyBody Health does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals or similar mechanisms provided by web browsers. If we adopt such functionality in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

These features are intended to enhance your experience and are regularly evaluated for accuracy and fairness.

When you interact with AI-powered features, we may collect and process the information you provide in order to generate relevant responses and improve our Services. MyBody Health does not use AI systems to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you without appropriate human review.
