MyBody is available to adults aged 18 years and older. Membership is appropriate for individuals seeking to improve energy levels, optimize hormone balance, support longevity and healthy aging, or better understand and manage their health through a structured, personalized action plan.
At this time, MyBody is available only within the United States. International availability is under development.
MyBody Health is currently available in Texas, Colorado, and Virginia. We’re actively expanding into additional states.

Membership is $79 per month, billed quarterly or annually. It includes lab testing, personalized insights, and ongoing support.
Includes biomarker testing, quarterly retesting, health score, 90-day plan, provider support, messaging, and more.
Unlike standard checkups, MyBody analyzes more biomarkers and tracks long-term health trends.
Nutrition, exercise, supplementation, sleep, and stress guidance tailored to your health data.

Lab Testing

MyBody provides laboratory testing across most U.S. states through a national network of over 2,500 partner locations, offering both in-lab testing and in-home phlebotomy.
Most lab appointments take 10–15 minutes. Bring a valid ID and arrive early for smooth processing.
Fast for 8 hours, avoid alcohol/caffeine, and pause supplements 72 hours before testing when required.

Every 90 days is recommended for best tracking and optimization results.
Initial results in 24 hours, full panel in 10–14 days with clinical interpretation.
Clinicians review abnormal results and provide targeted guidance or follow-up if needed.

Payment

Your membership renews automatically each billing cycle (quarterly or annual). Supplements, peptide therapies, and specialty diagnostic testing are billed separately at exclusive member pricing.
MyBody Health does not accept insurance at this time. Instead, we offer clear, upfront pricing with no deductibles or co-pays. Some services may qualify for FSA or HSA reimbursement with proper documentation.
Yes. MyBody services are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement. Members can submit receipts to their provider for approval.
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing cycle, and unused time is non-refundable.

Support

All updates are managed through the MyBody Health patient portal. Members can revise medical history, health goals, lifestyle preferences, and personal details (via the profile icon). Maintaining current information ensures that recommendations and protocols remain accurate and clinically relevant.
